Welcome to Beyond Grace Travels. By booking travel services with us, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Agency Role
Beyond Grace Travels (“Agency”) acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers ("Suppliers").

We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by Suppliers.

All bookings are subject to the Supplier’s terms, conditions, and policies.
2. Payments

Payment is required according to Supplier policies and deadlines.

Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation and change fees may apply based on Supplier policies.

The Agency service fees are non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, are issued only by Suppliers and may take several weeks to process.
4. Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring you have:

Valid government ID or passport

Required visas, travel permits, or vaccinations

Compliance with entry, health, and testing requirements

Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or entry, with no refund.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against:

Trip cancellation or interruption

Medical emergencies
-
Lost luggage or delays
-
Travel supplier default
-
If insurance is declined, you acknowledge responsibility for potential financial losses.
6. Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks. By booking, you agree:

The Agency is not responsible for injury, loss, delays, or damages beyond our control.

You assume full responsibility for travel risks and decisions.
7. Agency Service Fees
Certain planning, research, or concierge services may incur additional non-refundable fees, which will be disclosed prior to booking.
8. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate information

Review all itineraries and confirmations for accuracy

Comply with Supplier rules and travel regulations
9. Limitation of Liability
Beyond Grace Travels is not liable for:

Acts or omissions of Suppliers

Weather events, labor strikes, government actions, pandemic-related disruptions

Lost/stolen belongings
-
Errors beyond our control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the compensation paid to us for services.
10. Changes to Terms
Beyond Grace Travels may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance.
