Requirements

You must have your own LLC before signing the contract if hired. No minimum sales goals.

Is there a monthly fee
Yes. There is a monthly agency fee of $10*, and you are responsible for your own TravelJoy account at $15 per month.

Commissions and CLIA
Commission starts at a 70/30 split, with room to grow as your sales grow. There is a sales goal requirement in order to qualify for your own CLIA card.

Will I get leads from the agency
Agents are expected to build their own client base. We will have training to support you and a community to encourage you as you grow.

Is training provided
Yes. You’ll receive onboarding training, ongoing education, supplier updates, and business support.

What are the expectations
Professional communication, ethical behavior, a client-first mindset, and active participation in the community.

Do I have to use the Beyond Grace brand
Yes. You will operate under the Beyond Grace Travels brand while building your personal presence within it.
